Zero Tolerance Policy

METAL BRIDGE S.M.P.C. upholds the highest standards of ethical behavior and corporate integrity.
The company implements a strict Zero Tolerance Policy toward any form of misconduct, corruption, fraud, or unethical activity within its operations or partnerships.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers, agents, and any third party acting on behalf of METAL BRIDGE.

1. Prohibited Conduct

METAL BRIDGE enforces zero tolerance toward:

a) Corruption & Bribery

  • Offering, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or improper benefits.

  • Attempting to influence business decisions through gifts, payments, or favors.

b) Fraud & Misrepresentation

  • Falsifying documents, records, or certifications.

  • Misleading business information, manipulation of measurements, quality, or pricing.

  • Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information.

c) Harassment & Discrimination

  • Verbal, physical, or psychological harassment.

  • Discriminatory behavior based on gender, race, nationality, religion, orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.

d) Coercion, Abuse of Power & Unethical Behavior

  • Threats, intimidation, or abuse of authority.

  • Any behavior violating professional ethics or company policies.

e) Breach of Compliance

  • Violation of AML/KYC obligations, trade laws, export controls, or data protection regulations.

2. Responsibilities of Employees & Partners

All METAL BRIDGE personnel and external partners are required to:

  • Act with honesty, professionalism, and transparency.

  • Declare any conflict of interest immediately.

  • Report potential violations without fear of retaliation.

  • Follow internal procedures, codes of conduct, and legal requirements.

  • Refuse any form of improper payment, favor, or illegal request.

3. Reporting of Violations

Any individual who becomes aware of unethical or illegal behavior must report it immediately through:

  • direct supervisor or manager,

  • company management,

  • official reporting channels designated by METAL BRIDGE.

All reports are treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly.

4. Consequences of Misconduct

Breaches of this policy may result in:

  • disciplinary actions,

  • termination of employment or cooperation,

  • financial penalties,

  • legal prosecution,

  • reporting to relevant authorities,

  • immediate cancellation of business agreements.

5. Non-Retaliation Commitment

METAL BRIDGE strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports misconduct in good faith.

6. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

This policy is aligned with:

  • EU and Greek anti-corruption laws,

  • international anti-bribery frameworks,

  • fair-trade principles,

  • AML/KYC requirements.
